Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid VORPREPER subscriptions.

By purchasing a paid VORPREPER subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

VORPREPER offers paid subscription plans that may be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected during checkout.

Your subscription will remain active according to the applicable billing period unless you cancel it or the subscription is otherwise terminated.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

You may cancel your paid VORPREPER subscription at any time using the cancellation method made available by VORPREPER or its payment provider.

When you cancel, your subscription will generally remain available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund a previous payment.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

VORPREPER may, at its discretion, issue a refund or partial refund in appropriate circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged because of a billing error, duplicate transaction, or other technical issue, please contact VORPREPER Support as soon as reasonably possible.

We may review the transaction and, where appropriate, work with our payment provider to correct an erroneous charge.

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact VORPREPER Support promptly.

You may also contact your payment provider or financial institution when appropriate.

Promotional pricing, discounts, trials, or special offers may have additional terms that are disclosed when the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers do not create a continuing right to receive the promotional price after the offer period ends.

VORPREPER may provide a free plan with limited functionality.

Because the free plan does not require a recurring subscription payment, there is generally no subscription refund associated with use of the free plan.

VORPREPER may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of violations of the Terms of Service, misuse of the service, security concerns, fraud, legal requirements, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Termination for violation of the Terms of Service does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

VORPREPER may change subscription pricing or modify subscription plans in the future.

Where required by law, customers will receive appropriate notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.

If you believe you qualify for a refund or need help with a cancellation or billing issue, contact VORPREPER Support.

Please include the email address associated with your VORPREPER account and a description of the billing issue.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive financial information by email.

Payments for VORPREPER subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Stripe may have its own terms and policies concerning payment processing.

VORPREPER does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

This policy is not intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If the law where you live provides a right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy, those legal rights continue to apply.

VORPREPER may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date when appropriate.
