Welcome to VORPREPER. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VORPREPER website, application, services, features, content, and related products.

By creating an account, accessing VORPREPER, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use VORPREPER.

VORPREPER is a personal operating system designed to help users organize information, tasks, goals, habits, journaling, planning, personal progress, and related activities.

Certain VORPREPER features may provide automated or artificial intelligence-powered suggestions, summaries, recommendations, or coaching-style responses.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must be legally permitted to use the service in your location.

VORPREPER is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher age requirement applies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to notify VORPREPER if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

VORPREPER may offer free and paid subscription plans. The features available to you depend on the plan associated with your account.

Paid plans may include monthly subscription charges. Current pricing is displayed during the subscription process.

VORPREPER reserves the right to introduce, modify, discontinue, or limit features of its plans, provided that applicable legal requirements are followed.

Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. VORPREPER does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the selected billing period.

Subscription prices, taxes, and other applicable charges may be displayed before you complete a purchase.

You may cancel a paid subscription according to the cancellation options made available through VORPREPER or its payment provider.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already charged.

Some VORPREPER features use artificial intelligence or automated systems.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

VORPREPER's AI features are intended to provide general organizational, educational, productivity, and coaching-style assistance. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

VORPREPER does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, emergency, or other professional advice.

Information generated or displayed by VORPREPER should not be treated as a diagnosis, professional recommendation, or substitute for a qualified professional.

If you are facing an emergency or situation requiring immediate professional assistance, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service in your area.

You may provide information to VORPREPER, including tasks, goals, journal entries, habits, notes, preferences, and other personal content.

You retain your rights to content that you submit, subject to the rights necessary for VORPREPER to operate and provide the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that your use of VORPREPER does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

You agree not to use VORPREPER to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious code or harmful software.
• Abuse, exploit, or attack the VORPREPER platform.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security features, access controls, or usage restrictions.

VORPREPER and its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, features, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VORPREPER and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of VORPREPER's intellectual property to you.

VORPREPER may rely on third-party services to provide functionality, including authentication, payment processing, hosting, artificial intelligence, analytics, communications, and other infrastructure.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. VORPREPER is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party providers.

VORPREPER is provided on an evolving basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or other changes that temporarily affect availability.

VORPREPER may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with applicable law, including when a user violates these Terms.

You may stop using VORPREPER at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after an account is closed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VORPREPER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

VORPREPER does not warrant that the service will meet every user's requirements, operate without interruption, or always produce accurate or reliable information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VORPREPER and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VORPREPER and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Your use of VORPREPER is also governed by the VORPREPER Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled.

VORPREPER may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of VORPREPER after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be interpreted and governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the VORPREPER Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and VORPREPER concerning your use of the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
